Our Mission
To bring the life-changing message of Jesus Christ to our community and the world

What do you believe?

We believe the only way to eternal life is through God's only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, who was born of a virgin, died on a cross to save mankind and rose again three days later. We believe God revealed Himself to mankind through The Holy Bible.

What can I expect at Sunday Morning Worship?

Our worship experience begins with a greeting for visitors and continues with a time of praise and music. The music ranges from old-time hymns to contemporary praise choruses. After a time of prayer, a brief children's sermon and our morning offering, we hear a message that helps us apply The Bible to modern times.  An invitation is given at the end of the sermon for those who wish to join the church, recommit their lives or make other decisions. Services usually end shortly after noon.

What should I wear?
We have no dress code, although you'll find most of the men wear jackets & ties and most of the women wear dresses. Don't let your attire stop you from coming.

Will I be welcome?
Most assuredly. Our church is made up of friendly people. We welcome all those interested in worshiping The Living God and His Son, Jesus Christ..

What about my children?
We have Sunday School classes for all children. We have a nursery for children ages 3 and under available during churchwide services. During Sunday morning worship, we have Children's Church for ages 3 through the younger elementary school grades. At 5:45 p.m. each Sunday we have AWANA, a ministry for children in grades 1-6. We also have children and youth programs meeting at 7 p.m. each Wednesday. On the first Friday of each month there is a "Teen Jam" fellowship for high-school students in the community. During football season it serves as a "Fifth Quarter" fellowship after games. Here are pages with more information on the children's and student ministries.

What other opportunities are there for me?

Our adult choir has between 20 and 25 members on an average Sunday morning, and we're always looking for more joyful voices. On the first Wednesday of each month, our men's and women's mission organizations meet. For women, there are also Women's Missionary Union groups (they used to be called circles) which have monthly meetings. The men's ministry also holds a work day the first Saturday morning of each month to serve our older members.

Do you have Bible study?

Our Sunday School begins at 9:45 a.m. each Sunday with assembly time, with class lessons starting shortly after 10 a.m. We have classes for all age groups. Most adult classes are organized for either men or women, but we do have a couples class and a young adults class.

What if I don't know much about The Bible?

That's what our church is here for. No one, not even people who have been Christians for decades, knows everything God wants us to know about The Bible. Come learn with us.

How do I become a member?

We accept members by baptism, transfer of letter (membership) from other Baptist churches and by statement.
